A 4-week simple intermittent diet to improve your health
I am posting here an intermittent fasting calendar that’s pretty easy to follow. I have followed it and I achieved what I wanted to achieve, which was reduce blood glucose and lower my cholesterol. I am planning on following this diet once a year, simply because it can only be good for your body, giving your digestive system a rest. So, here is the weekly calendar to follow for 4 weeks. To tell the truth I pickup the calendar once in a while to get ideas for lunch and dinner because the meals are very good!
